If you wouldn’t have family 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 mixed with the “shark tank,” 🦈 then do not mix something as simple as

emotions/ drama 🎭 🗣 with business. 👩‍💼👨‍💼⚖️💸

Yes, be social.. have a heart for clients, and an understanding for the team, but not having an actual *tea party* 🫖🥳 while there. 😭

When you’re at a job. BE there. 💯

The only time that I Iiked gossip at work was when they badmouthed the people that were badmouthing me. Overall no gossip is better than some gossip cause at least half of the bad things I was blamed for at work were not my fault and were lies told by people who had their own agendas and speculative reasons for bringing me down. Some targeted me for racial reasons, competitive reasons, social economic jealousy reasons, cultural jealousy reasons, life stage jealousy reasons, or social hierarchy reasons.

I had a friend who was bisexual and people thought I was gay because I talked with him all the time but I didn’t care I still kept hanging out with him because that’s his personal life it has nothing to do with me

What I didn’t like was all the other gay guys hitting on me because they thought I was gay it’s kinda funny now but at the time I was really annoyed

Gossip is never good. It's people being crude, snide, judgmental, and hateful behind other people's backs. Stories change from one person to the next and often turn into things completely untrue.

I don't like gossiping in general. Gossip at work is annoying af unless it's about work ethic. I tend to gossip about people who don't like to do their jobs just because I'm trying to make sure I'm not being biased and that others agree so that we can figure out a way to solve the problem. Other than that it's a big no no for me. I'd rather have real conversations with people and get to know them on a more personal level. I feel like in general, people who like to gossip are just really sad, super negative people who think talking badly about someone else will somehow make them feel better about their own poor life choices. It's a disheartening cycle.

Gossip in any setting is bad, people shouldn’t be talking about others behind their backs. It also makes them not very nice people. I wouldn’t trust them with anything anyway.
