I work in a printing company and I will take on multiple jobs within the office and even inside the factory doing labour intensive work for example lifting heavy books and standing on your feet all day on concrete. I’m only new (5months) and I’m already feeling quite burnt out

Check your local and state laws. In California, except for certain positions like legitimate salaried exempt - I say legitimate because many companies classify salaried non-exempt and even what are technically hourly employees as "salaried exempt" in order to skirt overtime and penalty time rules - the actions of your employer would run afoul of the regulations and result in two straight-pay penalty hours for EACH DAY that the infractions occur for each employee, plus the half hour worked over 8 in the day would be OT as well..
Yeah it sucks to be honest. Whenever i work 9-5 its only a 30 minute lunch and sometimes just one break, it all depends if someone can cover me for a 2nd break or not. I wouldn't care about an hour lunch unless it was 9 or 10 hours but at least 45 minutes would be better because 30 minutes is over in no time especially when you're on your feet all day.

We are typically 8-5 with a 1 hour lunch break. We do not take any breaks midmorning or mid afternoon, hence the 1 hour break which we prefer.
So in answer to your question, the 30 min break would be insufficient. I would expect at least two additional breaks (10 to 15 mins a piece) if you only have 30 mins for lunch, and the work is labor intensive.
Yeah that's uncommon but not unheard-of in my experience. My first job I had (at a movie theater) was like that, but very few people actually had 8-9hr shifts. Everywhere since then (including the military on a regular garrison duty day) had an hour+ for a full day of work.

Some jobs don't even have that. There are many days when I have no breaks at all. I can't stop answering phones or doing other work just because I want to eat something.

At my job the max length of shift is 8.5 hours and we get a 30 min lunch and two 15 minute breaks

An hour lunch is better, but most states only require 30 minutes by law.
