So this might be a stupid but I’m all about integrity so I recently left my job for a another offer I got from AT&T retail sales rep I’m set to start there in a week or so but they only pay me about 15hr plus commission so there potential to earn much more. Ok so I also another company I sent my resume after I already accepted my job offer from AT&T but this job is outside sales and there paying a base salary of 55k plus commission but that job I don’t start until 2 weeks so I’m kinda lost man I wanna not even show up for the AT&T job cause I have all my bills paid up a few months so I’m good on that but I just don’t know. SMH what would you guys do?

On one hand you got a 31200 base salary the other a 55000 base. Take into account travel time to and from each place fuel cost also. Which one has better benefits i. e. health insurance, vision and dental, and 401k which company does employer match. Also how much free time will you have with each company.
I left a job a job making almost 50k for a job making 25k. All because I didn't have to drive 90 miles round trip. I literally saved money on gas plus vehicle repair costs. Went from driving 90 miles round trip to under 4 miles round trip. Just some things to remember
Yeah one thing i am worried about is how my car will hold up but I get a company car after 90 days.
A company car is nice at least you won't need to worry about maintenance on it
Go for the job you want more. And don't just refuse to show up for AT&T. Just call them, thank them for the opportunity and tell them you're no longer interested as something else has come up.
