It’s happened, and I put up with it. Work isn’t really meant to be fun, so usually I’m too busy working rather than socializing. So it doesn’t bother me too much.
I’m fortunate these days that doesn’t happen very often though. I do all the hiring and I simply make sure I don’t hire anyone I don’t like!
Just avoid them and be courteous when I couldn't avoid them. 🙂
Nothing. As long as we stay out of each other’s way, I would go about my business. 🤷🏽♀️
