Guy's Behavior

Guys, If you dislike someone at work, how will you behave around her?

Will you physically distance yourself from her? Like if you 2 have to stand together, will you deliberately stand further from her?

If you have simple tasks for her that can also be completed by yourself, will you choose to do it yourself just so to minimise interaction with her?

And if the guy, despite supposedly disliking the girl, did not move away when we happened to stand really close and kept approaching me for help for things that he can do it easily himself, what does it mean?
