What can I do about a coworker who doesn't like me?

I work with an older woman who is rude to me for no reason. She acts like a manager even though she is not one. She was nice at first but she turned rude like maybe several months later. Its been a few years and she has hatred for me in particular even when we worked with tons of different other people. Her behavior towards me is worst. When im there she goes to lunch early so that she doesn't have to work with me. Then when they schedule me the same hours as her she goes to work somewhere else and I dont see her the whole day. She goes to lunch at the same time everyday but sometimes will go early if I get off later than I usually do. Then sometimes I come into work late in the afternoon around 12pm or 1pm (she gets off at 3 every day) and she waits till I get there to decide she wants to go to lunch. We work with tons of people so there no reason for her to wait that long.

She is constantly sending me emails about stuff i need to do and how she has to keep correcting my "mistakes" and double checking my work. She doesn't want me associating or talking to the guys that work with us. The guys come to me to complain they need help and they can't find her anywhere. She is usually inside just standing around talking to coworkers. So I help them then like 30 mins later she comes and sees me and starts yelling at me.

There is another coworker Lisa who works with us who complains about other coworkers to her. For example Lisa will talk about how another coworker leaves a mess everywhere and never cleans up. She doesn't say or do anything. Then Lisa mentions something that I do then she is quick to confront me and gives me hell for it. I start to feel guilty and bad about myself but then realize mistakes others do that she sees and says or do nothing about it. I dont know how long i can take it.
