The pay is okay for a new job. They should train because they need. There's shortage of CNA and medical assistant jobs. If it's like the CNA it should be 16 hours 3-4 days a week. You're not going to get rich off of it but it's in high demand so you won't be unemployed.
As a healthcare worker, you can work in any country, but it is not a profession that promises wealth and good working conditions.
