Is it fair that a co worker I work with is always roasting and I’ve to suffer being cold?

She’s always warm this woman is in her early 30s and complains about the heat constantly always has the air con and any time I turn on the radiator behind me she turns it off.
I’m sick of being cold.
Anyone any advise?

What do you expect the co worker to do if they are genuinely hot? Pass out? I worked with a girl who could be working in 6 degrees Celsius weather and she would not only very hot but she would also be dripping sweat. She couldn't help the fact her body didn't feel the cold like we do.

I think you need to be a bit more understanding where the worker is coming from. Yes you may be cold, but if this co worker of yours is truly hot. Take into consideration if you put the heater on, they could potentially faint or even pass out from being overheated.
