How focused are you at work? Do you spend your work hours just doing work or do you get distracted with other things?

I have adhd so I get distracted a lot like being on this app or watching videos/playing games. I still manage to get my work done though.

With me I have a stream of internal thoughts running through my head. Usually about what I am going tobm do this weekend, how I am going to fix my house, what my kids are doing, my last few workouts or what I want for dinner. Occasionally I might devote a cycle or two to my job

Very focused most of the but can be distracted if I let myself be.
