If you are talking about housekeeping in a motel or hotel. It's very hard. You are basically set a timeframe of when each room has to be cleaned by. You have to clean toilets, bathrooms. Change sheets. Push around a cart the entire time.

She is 38, soon to be 39.
I don't exactly have any tips. The closest I came to house cleaning was as a janitor at an office building and a decade or 2 before that, I used to help clean the restaurant where my ex & I used to work.
I would say, don't vacuum until you're done dusting.
