Do you feel you get picked on at work for the smallest things even though you are a hard working, reliable, civilized, on time employee?

I used to when I was younger. Got accused of putting dishes in the dirty water when it was the supervisor who done it. Supervisor also dropped the drink in the hot food and singled me and even made me clean up her mess. Than got into trouble all because the register was extremely slow.

The other girls I was working with got away with not giving customers their scratches to scratch to see if they had won a price like a free ride or a fre drink instead the girls were keeping them for themselves

I was told this by an older guy on my first day and I thought about and he was right. The harder you work the more work you are given to do. They promise you a bonus if you reach a certain goal but the goal is so far that you will never reach it and even if you did they would just move the goal posts on you and expect that same amount of work as a given.

i dont know man, if you work for someone who is your boss or supervisor and they have a dickish, arrogant behaviour they won't give a fuck if they try to belittle you. But I think every guy, every man, every girl, every woman should stand up for themselves in that situation. If a becomes too unbearable and you can quit with some money saved aside to look for another job in the meantime I think is key. That's what I realized in life -- finding a job you are passionate about and avoiding debt. Being in debt and working a crappy job is soul sucking because it's a double trap, especially in a weak economy where there aren't many jobs in certain provinces/states.
