For me, I have a boss who likes to hear herself talk.
When she raised a concern about an office workflow or technical problem in the past, I used to try to helpfully interrupt that I had already taken care of the problem (because I HAD!), but that only infuriated her.
So I have learned to let her filibuster for 5 to 10 minutes on how troublesome the matter will be, and THEN I tell her I have already taken care of it.
Ugh.
I can quit my day job and semi-retire to my side businesses in 6 years, 5 Months, and 5 working days this month starting tomorrow, but who is counting? :D

Not too much. Common sense is trained into the equation and part of the formula for success. For us common sense is literally SOP. When the unexpected occurs, which is frequently does, we have a handful of default fallback and acronyms to guide us back to a place of common sense.
Yes I work at hospital and patients asking us medical certificate where they just came from doctor who asked them to get medcert its not me who will they get medical certificate from they get it from same doctor who consulted them and yet doctors forgot to give them medcert and tell them to ask us medcert lol
No. It's rather lack of any decency while lying and deceiving, because of anger when they realize you're always two steps further before them. Lack of common sense doesn't cause angry reactions, it's just the case when they want to manipulate you but they fail.

I notice this with stores. The amount of people hired who have no job knowledge is startling. But then I guess the selection pool is slim? Prob bad working environment and pay is what caused the competent employees to leave originally.
Sometimes this happened. The two worst managers I encountered were a deluded twerp with Napoleon complex and a super nice guy afraid to make any decision at all.
No, where I work they seem to have a lot of common sense. Fox news in always on tv in the lunchroom.
I have a coworker who I always wonder how she even got the job.
I will always bring my mantra
’my common sense is different from their common sense’
Job, walking down the street, driving to places, in stores, everywhere
I work in a strip club, what do we need common sense for lol 💃
Nah. I work in customer service and so my issue is with the customers. The amount of stupid questions I hear a day is astounding.
