At my work.

The not talk, that would be a no thank you - especially if on my team. We spend some heavy hours together every other weekend +.

The not wanting to meet after work - no probs, I've plenty of coworkers I don't want to spend time with off the clock but speak too.

Not at all. That would be my ideal coworker. I don’t like interacting with them outside of work, and a lot of my coworkers are useless. I’m usually left with the bulk of the work because I’m one of the only competent members of staff.

I agree, but I work or have worked with colleagues and I think some of them are incredibly immature when they assume this guy is quiet regardless if I work hard. But the minute they leave the company or you leave the company they won't care. That's why working from home in my opinion is great, not only avoiding traffic but dealing with people who create a high school environment in a workplace.
