Is it considered cheating if you look up answers online to a test that is taken at home and is open book?

I only look up answers I’m unsure of. We take these tests at home and it’s for a insurance job. I’m new to the business and I’m learning

I would say there‘s two ways of looking at your question. Is it formally correct and from the point of view of the ones doing the test? Or is it helful to you and to get along in life? I suppose withe chatgpt and so on, we need to adopt new ways of thinking…

Well when I see the answer I’m studying it, we can go back to the textbook unless we fail the test. And we only have a month to finish the course
