How long did you work there before leaving. What were the circumstances for leaving?

I work there since June of 2022 left in January of 2023 and there wasn’t no circumstances but I was a good employee she just told me to make sure my application was up to date

That's not long term, which could be slightly negative. It's not super short term either.

Apply and see what happens. You can't get the job if you don't apply. I would also do it soon, since you asked her about it. If you don't do it soon it might make you seem indecisive.
