Really just don't be a manipulative power hungry bitch like most women bosses. Who just talk with the important people while you work away. Getting favor
Guys are way better cause they rarely hold a grudge and are not 2 faced. Much less manipulative and let you have a life from work.
Men can be the same power hungry to get what they want, thinking they work hard on something but really cheap their way to the top
True but they are not 2 faced about it and manipulate you into having no life but work.
Taking credit and demeaning you publically for Thier failures.
Also I'm saying in general men have better leader rolemodels. Which reflects in them
I was very results oriented and I changed my management style on a daily basis depending on what the situation was. I never took myself too seriously and I never made my guys do anything I would not do myself.
