Okay so at my security job at a plant, some guy came in in a delivery truck. My manager left me at the time. But he had a delivery aaand he needs to make it. So i used my knowledge as a security guard and made him write down his information so i got his name, business, phone number and where he's going. I got a verbal warning not to do that... and a fuckin' lecture and was watched to read the rules to what to do. I... mofo, I did my best. I would have known if this fat bi-... lowly mortal was here to guide me what to do. (she was a fat snake)

This was in 2020. So as you see, long time ago. What about you guys?

I used to install computer systems in banks and department stores. I was a dumb 19 year old kid. We were doing a department store and we had to run a cable from a service desk back to the computer room on the other end of the store. The store had a suspended ceiling. Since I was the new guy the boss told me to climb up in the ceiling and crawl to the computer room and drag the cable to it. I looked at the ceiling and it didn't look very safe. I asked the boss if you could really crawl around in the ceiling. He said just stay on the metal connectors and I would be fine. I got about 20 feet before I fell through the ceiling and landed on the floor. It turns out the boss was having a little fun at my expense. I was lucky I did not land on one of the glass display cases.

My god, I would have... well probably tell my mom about this at 19. As that could have been a lawsuit waiting to happen i believe.

I got lectured for “working too hard”, giving “150%” , and taking on too many patients. I wasn’t working “too hard”, I was literally just doing my job but it was for 2-3 people, I wasn’t giving 150% I was giving 100% and my shitty coworker was giving 10%, and I had all those patients because THEY GAVE them to me, lmao. I was shook and so pissed, lmao. After I told him he was “🤔 You’re Right”.… NO FUCKING SHIT! Thinking about work gets me so heated, lmao. That was last year though.

One day I couldn't get the 🖨️ printer to print this document I worked very hard on. I kept clicking print. Nothing. So, I turned it off, then turned it back on. Nothing.
The Vice president of the company saw I was having a hard time printing. I told him I turned it off and on again hoping that would fix it.

So, he says to me"Did you turn it off ALL THE WAY? I replied "No, I turned the switch HALF way off, then back on". Duh!
