Am I going to get laid off or are they just cliquey snobs?

I have been at my employer for several years. In the last year, I’ve noticed the higher ups don’t smile at me anymore or say hi. Do they want me gone? My performance review exceeded expectations. Btw- they are kind of cliquey and this year I stopped volunteering at work because of how cliquey it had gotten and the time it took out of my day made it harder to get my work done. I’m always kind to them though and possibly volunteer (bring food to a potluck and such).

I didn’t mention this. However, I am hyper sensitive to being laid off. I often think I will and I’ve been there several years. I think I’m okay for now.

Sorry but it looks like you are getting the boot. Start looking for a better job or do a slip and fall on the premises and get some disability scam.

I think just based on the view you have of them and how you are talking about them that you are probably going to be fired...
