Will employers in legal, finance, government, security, and/or healthcare be willing to either hire me or enter a strategic partnership?

I don't have any relevant education, experience, skills, nor certifications for these industries, except maybe some entry-level generic jobs with transferrable skills. I do have an AI/robotics startup I'm currently working on (well I ain't getting paid yet) that targets enterprise consumers and I can either work while I manage it, or they can enter a partnership and in return I'll make products specifically for them. I have studied social sciences at university but never finished it, have graduated recently from college in computer programming, and my only experience is volunteering at a food bank and a thrift store.

I did technically work at a warehouse but it lasted mere hours due to me not being prepared adequately by my recruiting agency; currently looking for a job on the side. Haven't had much success aside from almost a dozen interviews in over a month, which I guess makes me lucky if we go by YouTube and Reddit comments complaining about getting less interviews than I did for months to years of applying. I've applied for jobs across many industries on Indeed, but primarily focus on tech, retail, food services, warehousing, logistics, and hospitality. Only company websites so far are for retail and food services, but I'll apply for the aforementioned 5 industries next year... literally.

You need to get some solid experience/longevity under your belt unless you're able to market yourself in some fashion that's not traditional to most jobs. Employers want to see what you've done and how long you've done it, which doesn't say much in your current state.

I've noticed on LinkedIn before I got banned there that many healthcare institutions were checking me out. I suspect it has to do with them seeking interest in implementing AI to their network because I'm not qualified to work in most healthcare jobs. Of course, LinkedIn officially never discloses the reason for banning people, but I suspect it's because enough of my invites got rejected so I got marked as a bot.
