How many introverts tell job interviewers that they are more extroverted than they really are?

I don't share any information that is not needed during job interviews. My first boss in my current company learned I'm autistic during our first one-on-one. I get awkward during social interactions, and I wanted him to know.

Yeah I doubt that would work for pretty much any other job. But with software engineer you dont need to be that social lol so thats great

See, this is why it's good I'm retired. I don't think I'd fair well in today's corporate world. Too many things would just make me want to burn the whole building down with everyone in it. 😆😆😆

And yeah, it happened like that. My job through interviews were low paying in most cases and the one I really wanted they just hired my friend who didn't know basic things for teaching. I objected to it obviously. It was the old geezers in the selection committee that seemed to have a thorn to pick with me. It was an opening in the University where I earned my degree

It definitely does. Even though I'm introverted, I'm pretty good at interviews for the most part. I've bombed some, but most go through pretty well and I give a pretty good first impression

I think almost all introverts adjust their self to society for extroverts. As an introvert i happily be alone on my lunch break but that wouldn't be seen as okay lol.. funny thing is most people are introverts but since extroverts take so much place they are seen more and everything is shaped for them

Which means just about all of are going to hell. But won't be my lies taking me there.
