When I work, I want to study. When I study, I want to work. When I work/study, I get anxious. When I don't, I get depressed. When I choose a path, I regret not choosing other paths.

Ah man, that's super tough. Sounds like you're stuck in a cycle of always wanting what you can't have. I've been there too and it's no fun. A few things that might help:
- Talk to a counselor if you can. Sometimes just venting to someone who understands can help you see things more clearly.
- Make a strict schedule and stick to it. Block out study time, work time, fun time so you're not bouncing between stuff. Being organized helps tame the anxiety.
- Remember there doesn't have to be one perfect path. Maybe look into doing both work and study part-time instead of all-in on one. Best of both worlds.
- Try some mindfulness meditation when you start feeling anxious or regretful. Just focus on your breathing to calm your mind.
- Talk to friends and family for advice and support too. Getting outside perspectives helps put things in perspective.
- Cut yourself some slack man! It's normal to feel torn when there are so many options. As long as you're making some progress you're doing alright.
I hope some of that helps, bud. Just take it one day at a time and try not to stress too much about the future - you'll figure it out!
simply divide time write a schedule time to work time to rest time to study then follow your schedule
