Yes you should, I usually review a resume (CV) and then randomly ask a fairly detailed question on an entry. I do not need the actual CV just some questions, it is worth the interviewee having their copy as it helps remembering what they put and answering a question.
Typically I do, I believe professionally you appeared to show skills of taking initiative, consideration, and showing interest in a formal manner. I know past interviewers seemed to be impressed and loves when I do it lol. It was also recommended by my undergraduate professors.

It probably won't matter- they SHOULD have a copy on hand, after all- but if they don't, you'll look competent and prepared if they ask, and it won't hurt anything if they don't. Better to have it and not need it; just carry a folder with a copy or two.
