Would you put written reviews on your resume?

I'm updating my resume to look for a new job.

A recruitment agency said I should get some written references from employers and put them. on my resume.

Would you do that?

I just a bit concerned as it will have my coworkers name and don't want recruiters to contact them asking about me.

Should I leave that part out?

I think this kind of thing is a bit fake if you use previous not up to date references to get some kind of advantage. Almost like taking information out of context to get employers to miss key traits that are important.

Employers should be able to access current and previous referees to get a proper honest review of who you are otherwise you're lying about things that should be apparent. Fraudulent applications mean that there are people missing out of opportunities who deserve them

No! Not on the resume but offer a copy when you talk to each job.

You could include their initials or with their permission use their actual name, reason being, I know names of certain people but cannot find them in an online search because they are very private about their lives. I have enemies that have been trying to locate me for almost 20 years but there is no reference to my address anywhere online.

I would be concerned about someone being qualified for a job when he can't even figure out this simple task for himself.

Including written reviews or references in your resume isn't necessary. Instead, consider summarizing the key strengths or skills mentioned in those reviews within your resume. You can provide written references separately or state "References available upon request." This way, you preserve your coworkers' privacy while still showcasing your strengths. Focus your resume on your skills, achievements, and experience, and keep references for later in the hiring process if requested.

I would never do that. I think it is weird. I just put "References furnished upon request" or else I include a separate sheet of 5 references.

Don't do that. No one will read them. Avoid recruitment agencies if you can.
