I'm currently on sick leave from a job following a mental breakdown. I don't think I can go back.
I'm going to need a new job but I don't know what to do as I really struggle with people and this has ruined my whole career.
Does anyone work/know of a job which is good for someone like me. As right now I'm pretty desperate...

House work is a good way to make money. Go to a neighbourhood with millionaire mansions sand hand out fliers saying you will rake their leaves or shovel their snow or trim their plants or clean their house for money and then leave your phone number and email address in the fliers you hand out. You could also try working for instacart as a grocery delivery guy or for uber. But I don't recommend it unless you are desperate cause it's hard to make money and you get paid very little. However, you get paid enough that you will have food to eat and you can do it if you have no other way to make money.
