Russian spy mail?

Hello i have recieved a russian mail saying:

We've received a request to send you a one-time code for your Microsoft account.

Your one-time code: 973898

If you did not request this code, feel free to ignore this email. Someone may have entered your email address by mistake.

Do you think this is the job of a hacker by any chance?

You shouldn't have posted that code. It sounds like someone is trying to log into one of your accounts and if they saw that code, they'd be able to steal your information.

Why are you using email for authentication, use an authenticator app or a yubikey

it's not me it's someone else doing the authentication. i just recieved this via someone else trying to log in.
