It’s truly stress management… once you slowly give yourself breaks and self care with practice of 15 min to 30 min to 1 hour.. continue to do more from 1-3x/weekly as needed, positive self talk, and remembering your intentions/passion for your field of work. For me, I think to distract myself with humor by funny memes/videoss or laughing with friends, positive self talk, music, or positive affirmation on my Instagram

Work during your best times of day, and avoid forcing yourself to work after that. Don't be afraid to take breaks to do physical exercise. Don't be afraid to try something new.
