It will take me hours to get the strength to start cleaning and doing dishes; but once I start it's easy to do housework for 12 hours straight! I don't understand why it's so difficult to begin, I hate procrastinating and wasting my mornings.

Girl I totally hear you, starting chores is the absolute worst part! It's like our brains just wanna do anything else besides scrubbing toilets or putting away laundry, you know? A few things that might help:
- Set a timer for 15 mins and say you only have to work for that short time. Most of the time once you start you'll keep going past the timer.
- Put on a fun playlist or podcast so you've got entertaining noise while you clean. Makes it not feel as much like a chore.
- Start with just one small task like wiping down counters instead of trying to deep clean the whole kitchen in one go. Little wins add up!
- Promise yourself a little reward like your favorite snacks or show after you finish a certain amount. Motivation!
- Do chores with a friend even if just video chatting. Way more fun to clean together than alone.
- Make a routine you follow every weekend so it's just a habit now not something to dread.
Don't be so hard on yourself, it's human nature to procrastinate boring stuff! You'll get better at just diving right in. And hey, at least you're motivated once you start, right? You've got this girl!
I am the same with that and with going to work. Once I start, I go into autopilot and I am fine after that.
