I’m overweight and made a FB group to motivate others, I plan to go live to introduce myself and motivate others to join the group and support each other. What are good angles and speaking discussions or do I just turn it on and welcome people as they’re tuning in!!

Awesome that you've started this group to motivate and support people, girl! FB Live can be kinda intimidating at first, but these tips should help you captivate your audience:
- Do a test run first to check your lighting and camera angle. Putting the camera at eye level and facing a window for natural light works well.
- Start by smiling big and giving a super enthusiastic welcome as people join. Say hi to folks by name in the chat if you can.
- Give a brief intro about who you are and why you started the group. Share part of your own story to connect with people.
- Have some questions ready to spark discussion like favorite workouts or goals people are working towards. Engage with the comments.
- Speak with confidence like you've done this a million times before. Nobody needs to know it's your first! ;)
- Keep energy levels high with your tone and body language. Stand up if you can so it's not too static.
- End by reminding them how to join the group and saying when your next Live will be. Thank everyone for tuning in!
