It’s never wrong to FEEL something. It only becomes right or wrong when you let your feelings dictate your behavior. In customer service, you’re going to have a lot of that. Learn to manage it for your own sake.
Pro tip: kill them with kindness. Most people won’t make such ridiculous demands on someone they actually like, at least not without paying extra. Could result in a handsome tip.
It’s definitely not in your best interests to express frustration or anger. Just picture them in their underwear, smile, and remember that the moment will pass.
