I studied fine arts. I wanted to give dancing a shot. I ended up having an injury and it set me back quite a bit... so one day I thought what the hell and applied to become a Flight Attendant. Still love it. Fate?

Hey, if it works, it works. Not, sure I could do it though. All those needy passengers treating you poorly. Sorry to hear about the injury though 😞

Most passengers are fine. Its a small minority who are idiots. The worst are usually up in Business Class. Flying for some is a scary stressful experience so its normal some people may lash out. But hell passengers are nothing compared to the behavior of some of the Pilots! ha ha ha... joking. Maybe.

Yeah, I'm not a good flyer myself. I get really nervous on take off and landing. I had a peach of an attendant who sat next to me and talked me through it one time. Was always grateful for that.

I wanted to be a 3d artist. I studied and graduated and worked in that industry for over 10 years. Now I hate it. It's so Boring! The Film & Animation industry is oversaturated and there's no job security. I dont play videogames as much. It's a waste of life. It eats up all your time. there's more to life than staying inside all day playing videogames.

So, I still get to drive trucks, look cool in my foster grants, save lives and help damsels in distress.

I wanted to be an archeologist or marine biologist. It was a poorly thought out plan cause I did not consider poverty line living conditions at archeological excavation sites or motion sickness on moving ships.

I wanted to be a missionary or natural disaster relief aid worker. A more accurate answer would be I wanted to be paid to do volunteer work. Now I work as a police dispatcher. I still get to help people!

Did you end up being one?
- 11 mo
Nah, I got into a car accident in my 2nd year of college and had to drop out to work multiple jobs. Basically, the person who caused the accident new the local cop. The cop took his friends word over everything that happened. It financially ruined me at the time. I worked a bunch of manual labor jobs until I got into sales and then retired a couple of years ago.
- 11 mo
Omg I'm sorry to hear that. If you are retired and in a better place now, you could always go back if it's something you still really wanna do. Even if you don't need the money.
- 11 mo
Nice! So, in a way, it ended up working out, but still, what that cop did was pretty lame.
