Can she forces me to go to a meeting with counselors bc she wants me to go to a youth center (I’m 22 live in Canada) can the counselors forces me aswell?

If you are living under her roof, she can require whatever she wants. If you want to be free and independent and make all your own decisions, then move out and pay your own way. Then, you'll only be accountable to your boss, your landlord, the utility company, and whatever other expenses you have. Of course, those places will place requirements on you too, and they'll give you a lot less leeway than your mom probably does.
