You have to be above the average applicant cause they get 7,000 applications a year per restaurant. I know a student body president who got a job there when he started college. I know an honour roll student who got a job there after starting college. I know a gorgeous former missionary who had hundreds of friends that frequented the restaurant when she got a job there a few years later.

My sisters first job. Her wrists were ripped up by their machinery through those years with them. Be prepared. This was early/mid nineties though. I doubt anything has changed.

for people who haven't worked before it is but that's kinda it

i haven't worked there before but ik people who have. so expect to be fast like a 30 second timer at drive through and annoying customers bc of high standards

Apparently you need a college degree. Was in Starbucks a while a go and a few people I went to school with who went off to college are working full time for minimum wage
