Is my supervisor undermining me?
My supervisor handed in their resignation. They have been told to train me by the manager because I will be doing their position. They are now teaching my fellow employee what to do aswell and I'm wondering why they are teaching the other employee when the manager told them I was the one they were supposed to be training.
They leave end of next week. What do I do?
Do I bring it up to my manager or just wait till she's gone?

Well, what is he or she doing to you?
She is teaching me and also my co worker what she normally does. But my manager told her to teach me not the other co worker because it will be my responsibilities because I will be getting the raise
Oh, I just saw that you added some details. In a situation like this, there are of course several factors to consider. How far do r you have to travel to and from the job, assuming there were no other problems, how difficult is the work you have to do, and anally retentive are they' about it. Reg, I'd try to at least start looking around before jump ship.
I am not resiging my supervisor is.
My manager has told her to train me because I will be be doing what she does along with a pay rise.
She is training me and my coworker on her responsibilities.
My question is why is she training the other coworker when once she goes I will be doing her job?
I don't understand why she Is show the other coworker what she does when it will be my responsibilities.
I'm annoyed because she needs to be showing me. training me full time. Not the other coworker because it's not their responsibilities
Is she undermining me maybe? Trying to train the other co worker?
Yes, I did get that part, but since you're apparently weighing whether you should continue to work there, I'd give it a few days, and see how it goes. Sometimes, fhe devil you know is better than the devil you don't know.
