My response would be "She can use any title she wants... Miss, Ms. or Mrs., her choice."

Sarah is under 18 so Miss
Mary is unmarried so Miss or old school Ms.
Lara is married or widowed so Mrs.
That's how I'd answer that, but in this screwed up day in age she could be non-binary 🤦
@AviatorTom
I know that I went the logical way to my answer of Mrs, but it's totally up to her lol
Ms. can be a divorced woman or widow
Each of those needs to be eliminated. It's sexist and wrong. Identity and autonomy go hand in hand.
Sure she can call herself anything she wants, even a fox. But she can also shit green cucumbers too if she likes. But having been married and widowed, or presently married, makes her a Mrs.
@daniela1982 Just curious. Why does a woman change her title based on her marriage status but a man is always Mr. (Mister)?
Can't a young fellow be called Master? Actually, master is a shortened form of Master. As far as title, a woman wants guys to know she is married so uses Mrs. Historically, the title Miss has been used as an honorific for unmarried women or young girls. While both of these cases are still true today, Miss is also used to refer to women when their marital status is unknown or unimportant.
The title Ms. is an honorific used to refer to any woman, regardless of marital status.
MR. is a shortened form of Master.
Could be Ms. or Mrs. if she's married or widowed. Or whatever she wants. The question is really bad.

Miss = never married
Ms = lesbian, angry feminist, or means mind your own business divorcee
Mrs = married or divorced/widowed who doesn't want to sound like an unwanted 40 year old who's still a miss or a grumpy lesbian by using ms.
I would’ve made that kid redo his homework. His answer made no damn sense
@DizzyDesii I think he looked at the picture and saw Laura looking at an Xray of a hand, hence a doctor
Oh thats what that is? I didn't know what she was doing 😂
I agree with you. She can use any title she wants, though I think most women today under a certain age (like 50) go with Ms. And that 8 yr old is smart!!!
Sarah - Under 18 - Miss.
Mary - unmarried - unknown - Ms.
Laura - Mrs.
Ms is the widowed version/marriage neutral
Mrs. obviously.
Lara is a Mrs. She is married.
Oh shit I thought it meant Mary.
@AviatorTom Mrs
