Working in a day spa or salon or working a very clean upmarket office / very fancy polished indoor workplace - that don't involve clients or whatever or customers even - just like a fancy supplier office or executive something or rather workplace - I can't think of enough professions

Most doctors tend to be good looking cause they have access to expensive foods that poor people might not be able to buy. One example is that a famous doctor advised people to eat steak, not realizing many people cannot afford it.
