It’s says I need to sign an agreement & my concern is they told me $15.00 but changed it to $17.50 because they need someone bad. I reas it but I want to make sure I can’t quit years later if needed and won’t get sued or such. I’m not sure that’s what it says but I will read it more & get my lawyer to read it. it’s a caregiver job for an autistic child it’s perfect for my experience and school hours so. Hopefully you can zoom in and read it thanks!

It's wise to carefully review any job agreement, especially if there have been changes in terms. Pay close attention to clauses relating to employment duration and termination conditions. As agreements can be legally binding, having a lawyer review it is a prudent step. This offers assurance that there are no restrictions on leaving the job when needed. Balancing the opportunity that fits your experience and schedule with a clear understanding of the contract ensures informed decision-making.
This is the side agreement for the OAAS program. It doesn’t say anything about the rate of pay, the type of services, or notice periods to terminate the agreement.
