I feel very bad because while I thought I had finished university, I found out that I failed 4 courses and that I had to study for university exams for 1 more year.

What made you originally think you had passed those classes? Don't they tell you right away when you fail?

I'm doing pretty well today. I had a fantastic day yesterday careerwise, and then I found out today that some really significant test results will be delivered by the end of this week.

This is one of those situations where regardless of the result I get; knowing what I got will give me a clear path forward.

Okay- this does suck. However you need to finish this thing. I don;t know of you have to take the courses over again or if you just have to take the tests over again but you will study and pass them this time. This is not the end of the world and failure is not an option.
