My managers do that. They run and hide and they’re always hard to find.
If y’all don’t want to be managers, you shouldn’t have taken the position. Why not just step down or just quit? You’ll be doing your employees a huge favor.

My manager does the same shit lmao

They did renovations to my building and added a bunch of new cubicles in the office areas. Apparently they wanted to put all the managers in one of the rooms and she refused to leave her own office which is tucked away in a corner on the opposite side of the building… to this day she still had that office. She also went on stress leave not too long ago, and after coming back she’s been leaving early every other day. I think her time as manager is going to come to an end soon, her bosses appear to be preparing for that.
