How come managers don’t value their employees?

Managers only care about money. They’re also lazy and always hide where it’s impossible to find them. And they wonder why so many of their employees quit and find something better. And they always play favorites but they don’t want to admit that.

Managers at good companies do value their employees. Look at the people at Dutch Bros. coffee. Good managers, good coffee, good service, happy employees.
