Would we still be consider losers to our former bullies?

Would those that (for whatever reason) never liked you during your school years and dedicated all the energy to bully you, still see us as losers even as adults?

Is their concept about us (the kid they picked on the most) still the same even now? I got inspired by a horror movie Valentine 2001. Even 13 years later, the former girls (now women in their mid-late 20's) still referred to the poor kid they bullied as ''some loser from 6th grade''. They don't change all those years later. They still see that poor kid as a loser. I read several stories where they don't really change much.

Would their views be the same as my concept towards a specific girl in 7th grade. She's a detestable bully and a fake person. Should she ever perform a great deed to the community or participates in anti-bullying campaigns if we ever bump into each other, maybe my opinion will vary. But till now, my opinion remains sealed for her.
