So, I have never applied for jobs where it would be a demotion. I am currently expecting my first child and would like a non managerial role with less responsibilities and closer to home. I received a call for a job interview for a work from home non management position. It’s with the same healthcare organization so they can easily see I am currently a manager. What do you feel is the most professional way to inform them of why I no longer want to be in management? I just really want this job and don’t want to mess up my interview! I tend to get really nervous! Thanks for your help!
