They think they are better than everyone cause they make so much money and law don't apply to them

Not all of them, but there's quite a who are. They think they have the most important job in the world and are the only ones who are making a difference. But I've noticed they're more arrogant when they're still in med school.

But yeah, I had one "friend" who was a med school graduate and would constantly put me down and make me feel worthless for not being a doctor.

Then in university my crush's boyfriend was a "nurse" and she always felt the need to constantly remind me that her boyfriend makes $50 an hour

That is a generalization, but for the ones who are, I imagine it is related to the fact that they have a lot of education and knowledge and "play God" regularly

Because they went to school for years and recognize that they have medical skills that save lives.

It definitely goes to their head, they often rely too much on modern medicine and scoff at natural remedies.

In my experience, doctors/nurses in the birth room are the WORST. They think they know a woman's body and how to give birth better than the mother and often pressure or fear monger her into medical interventions.
