According to a British woman (who is exceedingly snobby and anti-American) on this site, I must be morbidly obese and have an IQ of exactly -24, just because I come from the USA. And she claims that nobody in the US is qualified to work or go to school, let alone be a therapist (or see one of any nationality)?
What should I do? Listen to this idiot British woman?

It's important to focus on what truly matters for your well-being and career. Negative remarks from others, especially those based on stereotypes, should not dictate your decisions. If therapy has been beneficial, continue with it for your personal growth. As for your job, evaluate your happiness and career goals. Decisions should be based on thoughtful reflection, not external negativity. Surround yourself with positive influences and seek guidance from trusted mentors or therapists to support your journey forward.
