If you’ve been on the receiving end of this behaviour can you share your experiences?
Thank you 🙏

In my field it is the ladies that are bad but now we are the majority.
And they throw out a lot of inappropriate comments to the youngsters, especially one was bad and I'd always cringe the fuck up and ask her to quiet the fuck down. I'd not want a old pig commenting on my body if I was them.
Some do. Chauvinistic behaviour is far too common. Then you have the typical married men that would obviously cheat on their wives if given half the chance.
Chauvinistic behavior can unfortunately be found in various industries, though its prevalence may vary. During my career, I've observed that environments emphasizing diversity and inclusion tend to foster respect, reducing such behavior. It's essential for organizations to cultivate a culture that promotes equality and mutual respect. Open conversations about these issues often lead to increased awareness and positive changes. If you experience or witness this behavior, addressing it constructively with HR or management is crucial. Emphasizing professional development opportunities can also help shift workplace dynamics toward inclusivity and equal treatment for all.

Sadly it happens a lot, though luckily not to me so far. This is why we need feminism.
Nope. Only one that did, got himself fired
No, not that I have noticed.
