Why does he treat me so differently than others women at our job?

I just met this guy at work and whenever he passes me in the halls, he makes a lot of eye contact, he looks me directly in the eyes and looks at me to make sure when I’m working with people if I’m okay and if I need his help. He tried to startle me, playfully recently and I’ve caught him looking at my body when we work together. He opened up to me about his life and we got along well. He always checks on me, even for small matters like when I remove my gloves and am sanitizing and have little cuts from so much hand washing; he got my number and followed me on Snapchat is usually the first to see any post of mine. He is attractive, very nice and interesting but again, we’ve only just met half a month ago, what should I eventually do, he doesn’t speak of anyone romantically?

Ask him out to some event your planning to attend. Can do so casually, bring other friends. It will let him know your interested and give him a chance to get to know you.
