I don't expect to make any money for the first 2-3 years. The first 2 years is racking up debt and try to be debt free after year 5. If done right with the right people and systems, you're on cruise control by year 7 or 8. I bought 2 blue collar business last year for pennies on the dollar because nobody wanted them. They're both profitable immediately with loyal clientele and I think buying a business is much cheaper and smarter.
