I had that same discussion with a couple of slightly older friends of mine


They both went hard into real estate simply because they don’t know much about stocks


Personally I’ve yet to have the surplus of cash needed to consider my options on the matter


My logic is:
Stocks and crypto for short term aggressive bids for money
Real estate for long term financial stability
And personal business for steady growth in wealth


Once I can afford all three I will have truly made it into another tax bracket


But one step at a time for the small town kid who came in with nothing to his name ;)

If you're going to invest in the Stock Market, wait until it crashes, which will be very soon as that's what P-2025's plan is. When the wealthy swoop in and start buying, buying, buying again, just go to Capital Trades and see what Rick Scott and other wealthy Senators are loading up on.
