I have noticed on the job that most women want to know all the personal details of other women's lives and treat work like high school. I personally remain cordial, socialize just enough, get the job done, and go home lol. I love what I do though.

I'm completely anti-social at work, and everybody knows it.

Even when thry hire somebody new, my boss will introduce us, and then literally tell the new person that I'll forget who they are in 10 minutes, and probably never end up talking to them again.

I'm not a dick, or anything, and everybody does like me; I just keep to myself, and never interact with anyone, unless I have to.

Don't see them as friends very often , but not just " go home " either , so join the social club so it keeps going , keep relatively alouf , but there is no such thing as just " working hours " these days either , that's a thing of the past.

Some guys at work are cooler than others. i will socialise with many and hang out with selected ones I can trust. NOT women though in spite of my job being 75% female dominated.
