I’m at a job I like people seem cool makes the time go by faster all this we heard before and also when I leave they will talk. Most likely bad things negative fake people maybe not everyone some won’t care but I’m fully aware of it. I’ve heard many stories and people being walked out after putting in a two week notice so they switch up quickly as people do. I feel like a couple people like me enough but me personally I’m not going to ask to keep in contact with them unless they want to. Reason being is because of all the reasons I just gave up above but I ask this because this job is temporary depending on how fast I get through school. 1 class left for my GED then I’m off to the military so maybe I only have few months left if I don’t get fired for some reason. But I’ll miss it a little bit people don’t like to admit the real reasons they miss a job or going to a specific school or place. Sometimes it’s the people sometimes it’s the work or environment depending on if you’re on vacation or something. But I’ll be honest but realistic don’t have much social life besides it right now so as much fun as it gets. It’s gossip in every wear house job especially lucky this one people don’t seem to make it a big thing I think they just keep it to their group. But just a thought again they can come join you to work without you asking then find out your leaving or getting fired and decide to act weird.

Co-workers often form friendships, but it varies widely depending on the workplace culture and individuals involved. Temporary work situations, like your current role, sometimes foster meaningful connections, but they can also dissolve naturally when leaving a job. Maintaining relationships after leaving depends on mutual interest and effort. I've seen people form lifelong friendships despite different paths. In workplaces, some bonds endure while others fade, influenced by shared experiences and personalities. I've found that honest communication helps determine genuine connections. Trust your instincts and see who naturally wants to stay connected. Friendships can be surprising and fulfilling.
