I had an interview with hiring manager on Monday. She said they will come back this week and maybe next. Today is Friday and still no response. I felt that interview went well but i am worried now.

It shouldn't take no longer than the next week. I interviewed for my job that I currently have a week before they told me I was hired the following week. Sometimes it takes 2 weeks at the most but if it goes beyond 2 weeks, you probably didn't get it. But it shouldn't since you said it went well.

I should have also mentioned it also depends on the type of job you interviewed for. My job hires pretty quickly because it's customer service but depending on the job you are going for it may take longer. But just try to relax. You more than likely have it if you did really well and if by some chance you don't, keep looking. Keep looking anyways in the meantime.
